Even colder still was Hobart. After a brief acclimatisation in Melbourne, we were ready for Hobart. The secret is layers, and a beanie. I think if you saw cold hatless people in the infra red spectrum, they would look like a candle with heat coming off their head. Having a beanie on makes quite a difference – hence most outdoor shots of me have me with a $5 beanie on my noggin. Click on the picture below for some photos of Adia and me in Hobart:
